1. Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts or incomplete product
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged items or those without original packaging
• Bulk orders (B2B), unless there's a manufacturing or delivery issue
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance
• Custom-packed or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

• Email us at hoppokart@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.
• Attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Once approved, return the item in its original packaging.
• After inspection, we will process a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Prepaid orders: full refund excluding shipping.
• B2B refunds applicable only in verified cases.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• Prepaid cancellations are refunded in 5–7 business days.
